Discover Education transforms classrooms and inspires teachers with engaging interactive content and services that measure and improve student learning. Educators can create assignments, quizzes, writing responses, and boards in order to engage students with relevant content and activities. Educators also have access to creative, researched-based strategies in order to incorporate digital media in meaningful, effective, and practical way. Educations have access to thousands of instructional multimedia such as videos, images, sound effects, and more! In addition, educators have access to proven instructional strategies that are easy to implement in the classroom and are searchable by skill. There are current events which include a global focus as well as live events which are viewable by students. Speaking of students, they have access to instructional multimedia and they can create boards to convey their knowledge and understanding of content.

Creating Student Accounts: teachers can create accounts manually. When you create an account, it is being added not only to your class, but the “district” as well. Screen Shot 2016-04-11 at 1.11.03 PMThis allows for other teachers to pull those students into their classroom so that students to not have multiple accounts. The benefits of creating students accounts allows for differentiating content, assignments, quizzes, and boards. Also, the only way to share a board is through the classroom. In addition, students are allowed to create a board and share their knowledge with the teacher.
